Delivery Policy

We deliver by motorbike anywhere in Rustenburg for a flat R35, every day of the week. Orders placed before 16:00 are delivered the same day.

1. Delivery area

Deliveries are limited to Rustenburg. Checkout only accepts addresses in the suburbs listed on our Delivery page. If your area is not listed, contact us and we will advise.

2. Fee and minimum order

Delivery costs a flat R35 per order. There is no minimum order value.

3. Delivery days and times

We deliver 7 days a week. Orders paid before 16:00 are delivered the same day; orders after that are delivered the next day. You can choose a preferred time window at checkout. Times are estimates and may be affected by weather, load-shedding or traffic; we will contact you if there is a delay.

4. EFT orders

EFT orders are dispatched once payment reflects in our account. Send proof of payment on WhatsApp to speed this up.

5. Receiving your order

Meat is packed cold in insulated bags. Please make sure someone is available to receive it and refrigerate it straight away. If nobody is available, our rider will call you; a second delivery attempt may carry another delivery fee.

6. Problems

If anything arrives damaged or warm, tell us within 24 hours with a photo. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Click & Collect

Collection from the shop will be added as a checkout option soon. Until then you may arrange collection with us on WhatsApp.
