Ordering & delivery
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Rustenburg. The full suburb list is on our Delivery page, and checkout only accepts Rustenburg addresses. Outside the area? WhatsApp us on 071 337 1560.
How much is delivery and when will it arrive?
A flat R35 by motorbike, 7 days a week. Orders placed before 16:00 are delivered the same day; later orders go out the next morning.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single pack of mince if that is all you need.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes, on 071 337 1560 or 082 886 9613. Send your list and address and we will confirm the total.
Can I collect from the shop?
Online Click & Collect is coming soon. Until then you are welcome to order on WhatsApp and collect in store.
Meat & halaal
Is everything halaal?
Yes. We sell halaal meat only and buy from certified halaal suppliers. Our certificate is displayed in store.
Why only 500g and 1kg?
It keeps ordering simple and pricing clear. Need more? Add the quantity you want, or WhatsApp us for bulk.
Can I ask for a specific cut or thickness?
Of course. Add a note at checkout or WhatsApp the butcher: thicker steaks, thinner chops, curry-cut, deboned.
How should I store my meat?
Refrigerate on arrival and use fresh cuts within 3 days, mince within 2. Vacuum-packed meat freezes well for up to 6 months.
Payment & rewards
How can I pay?
By card or EFT at checkout. For EFT, use your order number as the reference and WhatsApp your proof of payment to speed things up.
How do reward points work?
Earn 1 point per R10, then redeem from 100 points at checkout. New accounts get 50 welcome points.
What if I am not happy with my order?
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
